Shipping Policy
Tracking numbers and an order confirmation will be sent to the email included in the order placement.
All orders are shipped through USPS and only takes 1-3 business days to arrive at your door, depending on state and weather permitting. Overseas orders will take longer.
What if I never received my item?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for that package at the fault of the carrier.

When do orders get tracking numbers?
Once an order has been verified as completed, the order will be shipped with a tracking number assigned.
Please note that once the order has been shipped, USPS assumes responsibility for the package and it's contents.
How do Pre-Orders & Customs work?
Pre-orders are items you 'call dibs' on before the merchandise is available, with the understanding that it will take time to be shipped later. Usually, this a Collection Drop. If you order a pre-order item with an item not on pre-order (like a print), both items will be shipped together.
Please keep in mind that pre-orders can take upwards of 4+ weeks (depending on custom elements) for completion and shipping.
You will be charged at the time of checkout for order to be successfully placed. Due to the nature of the item being created, half the amount is non-refundable to account for materials. Full refunds will be a case-by-case basis, as this is very rare with custom orders.
