Returns and Refunds

These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of Brushmechanic Arts, LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

* All Custom Orders Are Final. Please refer to the Custom Orders page for more details.

Return Conditions

      * Please Note: This only applies to Prints.

• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
• Items must be in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
